1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Sutton Waste website and booking platform at www.suttonwaste.co.uk. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Collections

Bookings are subject to availability and route planning. Sutton Waste reserves the right to decline bookings that fall outside our service area or operational capacity.

Pricing is guided at point of booking. Final pricing may vary based on actual waste volume, weight, access conditions and labour required. Any variation will be communicated before or during the collection.

3. Waste Restrictions

We do not collect hazardous waste, asbestos, clinical waste, chemicals, tyres, paint, gas cylinders or any other waste category restricted under UK law. Presenting restricted waste for collection may result in the collection being declined and a callout charge applied.

4. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy communicated at point of booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a charge.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is required to confirm a booking. Pricing is provided as a guided estimate and is subject to the final collection assessment.

6. Liability

Sutton Waste is not liable for pre-existing damage to property. Any access-related damage during collection should be reported immediately. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the collection booked.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
